Cider Mill Time!

We headed over to the Dexter Cider Mill - the oldest continuously running cider mill in Michigan - and grabbed some donuts and cider on a rare night that Tyler was home. It was so relaxing and Dexter is a beautiful town. We love it there! The hardware store (NOT Home Depot) is downtown, there were some older gentlemen playing a violin and guitar on the sidewalk, and there were lots of cute little restaurants.

Violet's sugar face!

Cider slushee. Yumm.. We got it free because they were closing soon!

Family.
Remember this post? (scroll down to the picture of Ava) It seems Ava had a similar issue, only this time with a plastic bag. She did say she was cold though.

Happy 3 month birthday North! You are 14 lbs and we love every one.

Here are some pictures the girls made at Joy School. The titles are on the pictures.

North's preferred method to go to sleep. So funny.

The girls' pictures we used for their preschool house.

Cheese

Here is literally one of his first smiles.

Yesterday we put North in a walker. He scooted backward a bit, but not too much.

He still can't hold his head and torso up very well so we had to stuff this blanket in front of him.

She looks like a princess

In Ava's words, "She looks like a princess!"

Smiles!

Ava took this picture.

North started smiling a couple weeks ago. It is seriously the cutest thing ever.

My chubs.

Ava made this in Sunbeams a few months ago.

At first I didn't understand why she would say she has pink hair. But the person in her drawing definitely has pink hair.

Love this picture!

I dont' think North wants to play Snow White.

Playing in the van.

From about three weeks ago :)

One of North's favorite faces.

Oh Violet, please stop sucking your fingers.

My good babysitter.

How we solve disputes around here. With a good game of Crossfire. Remember those commercials? Tyler bought the game a couple of years ago to bring into work.

Uh oh....

You know when your kids are babies, and you know people who have little boys, or girls, and you say, "Oh, they're going to get married," and then all the parents laugh. Well, when they turn 4 - or 5 - the kids take it into their own hands. These are Ava and Violet's little boyfriends. Ethan and Jaxson. Violet's still oblivious, but Ava and Jaxson run off together, whisper in each other's ears and chase each other around playgrounds. You know what THAT means. We're totally ok with it though :)

Here are some fun pictures their mom took of the kids.

Pioneer day parade - I'm in the yellow and Ava's right next to me.

Swimming at our Apartment pool.

Lunch date!

How cute is this?! Seriously. :)
